Creating Effective Proposals in Less Time
The creation of a proposal for a project is one of the most challenging activities for any person, even if you are a much experimented proposal writer.
Looking in way how to help the companies in the TechBA program in this subject, I found amazing resources for I, they are not just one tool to do it. It is a combination of tools, methodology and training put all together.
After watching the webinar, I hesitate in writing a short note, to share my learning experience, at the end I found that this discovers are so important to share, because I got in there by accident, in the mean time that I got an answer for a problem the companies around me have every day, then I decide to describe in this note set of elements that I found in order to make available to a broad audience.
Context
The main goal of a company is to make money by selling his product or service. How you communicate with your customer is a very important issue that requires a lot of thinking.
Therefore you need to have tools to register your ideas, structure them and then generate a communication media to convey the ideas to your audience. The most common ways to communicate is by a written document or in a presentation.
The tool that I found very useful to do the thinking is MindManager, a mind mapping tool that allows graphically register ideas, then structured before I develop the full document or presentation.
